Dr Hai Au

Principal Dentist

Dr. Hai Au was born in Vietnam and came to Australia at the age of two. He completed his secondary education at Sydney Technical High School. He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Medical Science and went on to complete his Bachelor of Dentistry at Sydney.

Hai is a firm believer in helping others empower themselves with the knowledge they need to take care of their oral health. It is with this ideology that he actively seeks to help patients learn about their mouths, why things occur and how it can be changed for the better.

Hai is a gentle practitioner and takes the time to listen to patients and discuss with them in order to formulate an ideal treatment plan to restore dental health to its maximum. His motto is if you take care of your teeth, your teeth will take care of you.

Ms Elaine Tang

Dental Hygienist

Ms Elaine Tang completed her Master of Commerce Degree in University of Sydney. She continued her study of Oral health at University of Newcastle. She was one of the top graduates and finished her clinical placement at Sydney Dental hospital in 2014.

Elaine enjoys getting to know her patients and looks after their oral health. She educates her patients on keeping good oral hygiene and preventing the problems from happening. She is particularly good with children and aims to help children develop good habits from youth. She always looks after the best interest of her patients and provides quality services to her patients.

Elaine is a warm and responsible practitioner as well as a passionate life explorer. She loves quality life and new experiences. She has a good sense of fashion. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese.

Dr Wei Jie Jiang

Dr. Wei, the principal dentist at Green Apple Dental Care, established the practice in 2005 following the completion of his Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree at The University of Sydney.

Wei (pronounced “way”) has keen interests in implant dentistry and in all aspects of general dentistry, including same-day dentistry and he enjoys complex treatment planning.

Dr. Wei’s true passion lies in harmonizing scientific knowledge with the artistry of crafting beautiful, healthy smiles. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and premium materials, he ensures enduring outcomes for his patients. Moreover, he takes an active role in enhancing oral health awareness and disseminating insights to thwart dental ailments. Dr. Wei’s approachable demeanor and affability make him a reliable source for addressing any dental inquiries that patients might have.

Central to his mission is ensuring that every patient who steps into Green Apple Dental Care comprehends their oral care journey, along with any recommended treatments for its enhancement. Beyond his dental practice, Dr. Wei cherishes moments spent with his wife and three children. He seizes opportunities to tee off on the golf course and indulges in interests ranging from literature to culinary pursuits, not to mention his occasional venture into the world of karaoke.

Dr Adam Tuffin

Dentist

Adam graduated from The University of Sydney with Honours degrees in both Dentistry and Psychology. He combines the skills he has developed in both disciplines to provide a caring and understanding approach when examining and treating his patient’s Oral Health needs. This is definitely appreciated by patients who might feel a bit nervous or anxious over their dental visit.

Adam will take the time to talk to you to discover any dental concerns you have and how best he can help. You will find Adam extremely easy to chat to. He is well versed in all aspects of dental treatment including Oral Restorations, Rehabilitation, Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Implant Dentistry and all General Dentistry.

With two young sons of his own, Adam has a keen interest in working with families and children of all ages. He is a regular volunteer guest at a number of pre-schools and groups in the area. He provides support and advice on Oral Health Care for babies, toddlers and young children.

Adam is a keen AFL and Rugby Union supporter who, with his wife and children, attends many live matches. His hobbies include travel, reading and of course sports. His favourite subjects to chat about include Dentistry, Sports and raising young families.

Dr Joshua Lui

Dentist

Dr Joshua Lui has a plethora of experiences in clinical dentistry and have developed strong theoretical knowledge and clinical skills.

For the last three years, Dr Joshua has undertaken unique rural/remote placements within the Queensland and Tasmanian Government’s Public Health settings, which especially honed his skills in the management of emergency patients. These included the regional and remote areas of Cairns JCU Dental Clinic, Rockhampton Community Dental Clinic and Launceston Northern Dental Centre.

His aim is to improve personal and clinical skills as well as empower patients whilst providing the best evidence-based practice possible.

Dr Racheal Hua

Dr Racheal Hua earned her Bachelor of Science (Adv) in Anatomy & Histology and Pharmacology and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Sydney.

Dr Hua takes pride in putting the best interests of her patients first and takes extra time and special care to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience. Whether you are a returning patient or a new face to the clinic, Dr Hua is always happy to provide the best treatment for both you and your family.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Hua loves baking, and experimenting with new flavour combinations to share with her friends and family.

Dr Philip Tsang

Dr. Phil is a passionate dentist dedicated to transforming smiles and improving oral health. With a background in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, he brings a unique perspective to dentistry, combining scientific knowledge with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Originally from Vancouver, Phil completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University. During his undergraduate studies, he developed a deep understanding of the intricate mechanisms that drive life at a molecular level. This knowledge further ignited his interest in healthcare, specifically dentistry, leading him to pursue dental education at the esteemed University of Sydney.

Graduating from the Doctor of Dental Medicine program at the University of Sydney in 2021, he is equipped with a wealth of knowledge and skills to provide exceptional dental care to patients. He believes in staying at the forefront of advancements in dentistry and continually expanding his expertise by actively participating in continuing education courses and engaging in professional development to offer the latest treatment options and techniques to patients.

His primary goal as a dentist is to make a positive impact on the community, one smile at a time. Our team aims to achieve optimal oral health and confidence for all our patients. Whether it’s a routine check-up, cosmetic enhancements, or restorative procedures, we strive to deliver personalized and gentle care to every patient they have the privilege to serve.
